山东万鑫轮胎有限公司是由山东同济万鑫集团有限公司、山东万鑫建设公司、俄罗斯富盟集团共同投资成立的全钢载重子午线轮胎生产企业。
公司位于山东省淄博市桓台县，毗邻国家级氟硅材料产业园和国家马踏湖湿地生态保护区，项目总投资12.95亿元，厂区占地430亩，分两期建设，第一期投资6.2亿元，一期投产后年产子午线轮胎达80万条，产值12亿元；二期投资7亿元，二期投产后年产子午线轮胎240万条，年实现销售收入过30亿元。
公司引进国内、外最先进的轮胎生产设备：意大利科美利奥-埃克里的钢丝帘布压延机、德国克鲁伯（HFM）的密炼机、德国费舍尔的钢丝帘布裁断机、德国VRM的X光机、美国RJS的锭子系统等,并且实行严格的质量管理体系，实施“以质量求生存、以诚信谋发展、向管理要效益、向服务要品牌”的经营策略和“严细管理、质量求生、环保节能、争创国优”的质量目标，大力拓展国内、外市场，不断向着“更快、更好、更高、更强”的目标迈进。
Shandong Wanshine Tire Co., Ltd is a all-steel radial truck tire production enterprise , which was established by Shandong tongji Wanshine group, Shandong wanshine construction company and Russia ferromin group common investment.
The company is located in Huantai County, Zibo City ,Shandong province, adjacent to national fluorine &silicon material industrial park and national Mata Lake wetland ecological reserve. The total investment is 1.295 billion RMB, the factory covers an area of 430 acres. This project is constructed in two phases, the first stage of investment of 620 million ,the annual output of 800000 after put into production of first stage; the second stage of investment of 680 million ,the annual output of 2400000.
The company introduce the domestic and foreign tire production equipments: Italian Comerio Ercole steel cord calendaring machine .the German Krupp (HFM) mixer , the German Fischer steel wire cord fabric cutting machine ,the German VRM of X-RAY machine ,the United States RJS spindle system etc and carry out strict quality management system .
